Transportation to and from the Conference Venue

We will have a transportation system in the form of a continuous loop, free of charge, during peak hours to and from the hotels-convention centers and social events.

FILACP MEMBERS

Includes:

  • Access to all scientific events (unless otherwise specified)

  • All coffee breaks

  • All social events on April 21, 22, and 24

 

Note: Members must specify which society or association/country they are affiliated with. If, at the time of registration or the event in April 2026, the registrant does not appear in FILACP records as a member in good standing, they will be required to pay the difference for the non-member category.  It is the responsibility of each physician and their respective country to ensure their memberships with FILACP are up to date.

 

 

NON-FILACP MEMBERS

Includes:

  • Access to all scientific events (unless otherwise specified)

  • All coffee breaks

  • All social events on April 21, 22, and 24

 

Note: Non-members must include a copy of their plastic surgeon diploma. A box is available to upload the scanned document. If the diploma is fake or cannot be verified, the registrant will not be allowed to enter the event, and no refund will be issued.

 

 

RESIDENTS

Includes:

  • Access to all scientific events (unless otherwise specified)

  • Entrance to commercial exhibits

  • All social events on April 21, 22, and 24

 

Note: Residents must upload a support letter from the program director specifying the start and end dates of their training. To qualify for this category, residents must be in training at the time of the event (April 2026) or have completed their residency or fellowship no more than 3 months prior.

 

 

ACCOMPANYING PERSONS

Includes:

  • Entrance to the commercial exhibits

  • All social events on April 21, 22, and 24

  • A tour of the Panama Canal

  • A shopping tour to Multiplaza Mall

 

 

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

 

In this section, you will find the refund and cancellation policy for the event. Please read the terms and conditions carefully to ensure you are informed before registering.

 

  • More than one year before the event (before April 21, 2025): Up to 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • Less than 6 months before the event (after October 21, 2025): Up to 25% of the amount paid will be refunded.

  • Less than 3 months before the event (after January 21, 2026): No refunds will be issued.
